My name is Sergey Cherednichenko
Let me introduce myself. My name is Sergey Cherednichenko.

I am a 24-year old young man. I have some relatives, but I have not got my own family yet.

My parents live very far from my home city Luhansk where I was born on the 18th of May 1978. They live in the northern part of Russia, in the town of Novy-Urengoy in Tyumen region.

During my life I have lived in different places and in different towns. I spent my early childhood in Ulan-Ude - the native town of my mother, then I lived in Kremennaya - a little town in Luhansk region - the town where my father and his family lived. When I was 4, my parents and I moved to Novy-Urengoy. In 1985 I went to the secondary school. We were there till I was 12 years old. In 1990 we returned to Ukraine and began to live in Kremennaya.

My parents are teachers: my mother is a teacher of mathematics, my father is a teacher of history.

In 1995 I finished School #5 in Kremennaya with a very good school-leaving certificate (see my documents).  When I studied at school I took part in different subject olympiads in the district and I won high places. To my great regret in December of 1995 my parents had to return to Novy-Urengoy because of the teachers ridiculous salary they got here. Their life in the north is not so easy because of its climate and long distance from them to me. We see each other only two months in summer when they are on vacation.

As for me I am an accountant at "Stil" sewing company that is a well-known joint-stock company in Luhansk. In June of 2001 I graduated from the economic faculty of the East-Ukrainian National University in Luhansk. I have got a diploma with honors and I have got a degree of MS in accounting. When I defended my diploma I was offered a job at "Stil" Co and I accepted that offer. I have been working at the sewing factory till now.

My professional responsibilities and skills include accounting of movement of auxiliary materials and spare parts. I also take part in accounting of a very important tax which is called added value tax.

I am not a shareholder of the joint stock company.

In January 2003 I was encouraged for my responsible work at "Stil". I have got the second accountants category at our company and a regular rise in my monthly salary. I think I shall be able to considerably improve my professional level of knowledge soon.

As for my working day I can say that its ordinary for everybody. I get up in the morning, go to my workplace, at 5 p.m. I am at home, after that I have my dinner and only in the evening I can be free for my chores or for my friends.

My hobbies are playing chess, playing computer games, studying English and to learn different interesting facts about the life in other countries. I am also fond of Esperanto the international language invented by a Polish doctor. I like to send letters to my pen-pals and receive letters from them.
You can learn about my hobbies and interests from the special part "My Hobbies"

You can learn everything about my job place from the part with the same title.

You can read about my professional duties and skills in the part that is called "My Job Duties."

My Favorites

One of my most favorite places I have been to is a little town named Kremennaya in the Luhansk Region in Ukraine. I am very happy that I lived in Kremennaya some years ago and used to spend my summer holidays there. I have some relatives there but it is not the reason I like the town very much.

According to the local inhabitants stories Kremennaya was founded in 1680 by the leader of one of the Cossacks regiments who organized the life of Russian rebels who had been exiled there. Kremennaya is located on both banks of the river Krasnaya. It is the cleanest place in the whole Luhansk region because there are many trees there and some famous and beautiful lakes with very clean water. For example, when you swim in Lake Chernikovo you can look 2-3 meters through the water and see fish there. There are a lot of mushrooms in Kremennaya Forest. It is a nice place for local hunters who get annual license for hunting deer, elks, hares, wild boars and other game. There are several sanatoriums and children camps in Kremennaya Forest. Many people from different parts of Ukraine come to these places of rest on packaged tours to have a very good time there.

The population of the town amounts to about 40,000 inhabitants.

There are several industrial enterprises in the town. Among them are the machine-building factory called Kremenmash and the chemical equipment factory called Khimavtomatika.  Some years ago they produced modern equipment, but nowadays they do not operate because of the current economic crisis in our country. There is a factory that used to produce accordions in the past, but now an ostrich farm is located on its premises. It is not a joke, it is the bitter truth for all people who lost their jobs at that factory. Many people in Kremennaya are unemployed; many of them try to find a job in Moscow. As to educational establishments of the town there are 5 secondary schools, a vocational school, a medical school and a music school for children.

There is a Palace of Culture, a Palace of Sports and a stadium in Kremennaya.

Within the last a couple of years many cafes and small shops appeared in Kremennaya and I hope that soon Kremennaya will prosper to the benefit of its residents.
